At Edit Beauty, we take pride in delivering high-quality, hygienic cosmetic products. Due to the nature of makeup and personal care items, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.

Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

●     You received an incorrect product, or

●     The product was damaged or defective upon arrival

To be eligible:

●     You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

●     Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

●     The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, we will offer:

●     A replacement, or

●     A store credit (to be used on a future purchase)
